The mission of the Women’s Coalition for Action is to empower marginalized communities and individuals and work toward more inclusive, representative leadership. The Women’s Coalition for Action is a local, inclusive, women-led organization that focuses on educating more residents to become active and engaged in the political process. We believe that when more people understand local as well as global issues and recognize the systemic inequalities that they themselves may not experience, they will appreciate the importance of civic participation, and we will achieve more diverse voices in power.
